Springtime is my favorite time on the farm. So many things awaken and arise out of hibernation. The scents of lilacs, cherry trees, tulips, baby chicks, and goat kids are incredibly rewarding to the soul. Every morning I am blessed with saying good morning to the animals during feed time, and their voices back to me make all the chores worthwhile. We have great friendships on the farm. Donkey is especially vocal in the morning and loves to greet me.
The ducks are especially fun to watch swim and bathe and banter back and forth with one another. Every animal has their own unique personality. This is what I love about welcoming others to the farm or even to a yoga class in town. It is all about nature, friendships and community. See below for our calendar and book a class! I cannot wait to do yoga with you.

That is okay! Come as you are! We have many different levels in class and show different options for making poses fit to your body. We are like fruit; a banana’s pose may not be identical to an apple’s.
